Migration Terms
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Migration Terms explain the basic rules for participating in the official Wegen Solana-to-Ethereum migration.
Migration process
The migration process may include:
- Connecting your Solana wallet
- Verifying ownership of eligible Solana NFTs (Wegens or Wegenettes)
- Connecting your Ethereum wallet on mainnet
- Paying any required migration fee
- Burning the eligible Solana NFT
- Minting or claiming the matching Ethereum NFT
- Recording the migration status
Solana and Ethereum wallets may be different addresses. Ethereum NFTs are numbered sequentially in claim order (Wegens #1, #2, …) in one shared collection.
One migration per eligible NFT
Each eligible Solana NFT may only be migrated once.
Once an NFT has been migrated, the same NFT cannot be used again to claim another Ethereum NFT.
Final transactions
Blockchain transactions may be final and irreversible.
Once you sign a transaction, burn an NFT, submit a claim, pay a fee, or mint an Ethereum NFT, the action may not be reversible.
Review everything carefully before signing.
Failed or pending transactions
A transaction may fail or remain pending because of network congestion, insufficient gas, wallet issues, RPC provider issues, contract errors, user rejection, or other technical problems.
If this happens, contact official support with your wallet address and transaction hash.
Metadata and art
The Ethereum NFT is intended to represent the migrated version of the eligible Solana NFT.
Metadata, artwork, traits, descriptions, marketplace display, and collection information may be updated or corrected over time.
Marketplace display delays may happen and are not fully controlled by Wegen/NXT Unity.
Project rights
Migration does not automatically grant copyright, trademark rights, brand ownership, commercial rights, or intellectual property rights beyond what is stated in the official project IP/license terms.
NFT ownership and IP rights are separate things.
Abuse prevention
We reserve the right to pause, block, investigate, or reject any migration that appears suspicious, duplicated, automated, manipulated, fraudulent, or harmful to the project or other holders.
