Migration fees, if applicable, help cover platform development, infrastructure, contract costs, support, and migration operations.

Blockchain fees

Gas fees are paid directly to the blockchain network. We do not receive network gas fees and cannot refund them.

Migration fees

Migration fees may be non-refundable once a transaction is submitted, processed, or used to complete a claim.

Refunds may be reviewed case-by-case only if there is a confirmed platform-side error that caused a user to be charged without receiving the intended migration result.

No refunds for

Refunds are generally not available for:

• User wallet mistakes
• Connecting the wrong wallet
• Sending from the wrong address
• Network gas fees
• Failed transactions caused by insufficient gas
• User rejection or wallet malfunction
• Market value changes
• Buyer’s remorse
• Third-party marketplace issues

For fee or transaction issues, contact official support with:

• Solana wallet address
• Ethereum wallet address
• Transaction hash
• NFT/token ID
• Screenshot of the issue
• Short explanation of what happened
