By using the site, connecting a wallet, submitting a migration, or interacting with any migration tools, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the site

This site is designed to help eligible holders migrate specific Solana NFTs to Ethereum through the official migration process.

The site may allow users to connect wallets, verify ownership, burn eligible Solana NFTs, pay applicable migration fees, and mint corresponding Ethereum NFTs.

Wallet use

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, transactions, gas fees, and connected accounts.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

You should only use official links provided by Wegen/NXT Unity. Always double-check URLs before connecting your wallet.

Eligibility

Migration eligibility is based on the official migration rules, ownership records, contract logic, allowlists, or other verification systems used by the project.

Not every wallet, NFT, or transaction may be eligible.

We reserve the right to reject or pause claims that appear fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the official migration process.

Fees

Some users may be required to pay a migration fee. Fees may vary depending on project rules, wallet status, eligibility category, gas costs, or other conditions.

Blockchain gas fees are separate from any migration fee and are paid to the network, not directly to Wegen/NXT Unity.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

NFTs are volatile digital assets. They may lose value, gain value, or become illiquid. Do your own research before participating.

No guaranteed value

Migration does not guarantee floor price, resale value, rarity value, marketplace visibility, royalties, liquidity, rewards, staking income, or future benefits.

Any future tools, rewards, features, drops, utilities, or platform access are subject to change and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in official project materials.

User responsibility

By using the site, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before signing
• You understand blockchain transactions may be irreversible
• You will not attempt to exploit, abuse, attack, manipulate, or bypass the migration system
• You will not submit false claims or use wallets you do not control
• You will not use the site for illegal activity

Site availability

We may update, pause, restrict, disable, or shut down parts of the site at any time for maintenance, security, upgrades, contract changes, network issues, or project decisions.

We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, wallet issues, RPC failures, network congestion, failed transactions, third-party outages, marketplace errors, or user mistakes.

Third-party links

The site may link to wallets, marketplaces, explorers, infrastructure tools, or other third-party services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, or actions.

Limitation of liability
