Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wegen/NXT Unity collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Solana-to-Ethereum NFT migration website.

By using this site, connecting a wallet, submitting a migration, or interacting with our tools, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use the migration site:

Wallet information

We may collect or view public wallet addresses, including Solana wallet addresses and Ethereum wallet addresses, in order to verify ownership, process migration eligibility, prevent duplicate claims, and complete migration records.

Blockchain transaction information

We may collect or reference public blockchain data, including transaction hashes, NFT ownership records, burn records, mint records, claim status, token IDs, timestamps, and related migration activity.

Technical information

We may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, error logs, connection status, and general usage data. This helps us keep the site secure, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the migration experience.

Support information

If you contact us for help, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, wallet address, screenshots, transaction links, or issue details.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your private keys, seed phrase, secret recovery phrase, wallet password, or full control of your wallet.

Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone. Wegen/NXT Unity will never ask for them.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Verify NFT ownership and migration eligibility
  • Process Solana-to-Ethereum migration claims
  • Prevent duplicate claims, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use
  • Display claim status and migration history for your connected wallet
  • Troubleshoot failed or pending transactions
  • Improve the website and user experience
  • Provide support when requested
  • Maintain security and platform reliability
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, security, or operational requirements

Blockchain data is public

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses, NFT ownership, burns, mints, transaction hashes, and token activity may be visible on public block explorers and third-party platforms.

We cannot delete, hide, reverse, or modify data that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

Third-party services

The migration site may use third-party services such as wallet providers, RPC providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, blockchain explorers, payment processors, or infrastructure providers.

These third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, wallets, applications, or blockchain networks.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, or analytics tools to understand site usage, improve performance, remember connection states, detect errors, and prevent abuse.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the migration site, provide support, secure the platform, process transactions, or comply with legal obligations.

We may also share information if required by law, court order, legal process, security investigation, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the project, or the public.

Data retention

We may retain migration records, wallet addresses, transaction data, support messages, and technical logs for as long as needed to operate the migration, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

Public blockchain data may remain available forever because it is stored on decentralized networks outside of our control.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information connected to the migration site. However, no website, wallet interaction, blockchain transaction, or internet-based service is completely risk-free.

You are responsible for protecting your own wallet, device, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, and account access.
